Huffington Post Slobbers over Clinton Supporter/Fundraiser Jill Iscol.

In what is probably either a back room deal to make nice with members of the Clinton fundraising side, or a quid pro quo deal with a back end return for Huffington Post at a later date, Huffington Post has had the audacity to print a complaint by Clinton supporter and fundraiser Jill Iscol on how the media has unfairly treated Hillary Clinton, without ever mentioning Huffington Post as the ringleader of the media bias and abuse!

This is such a laughably arrogant and malisciously condescending move by Huffington Post it just amazes me nobody goes after Arianna Huffington and her past. You know, the one with a FAILED attempt at being the WIFE of a GOVERNOR. The former wife of a man worth a gazillion dollars still could not help her own husband get elected governor in California is also the same person attacking a women who DID help her own husband SUCCEED as GOVERNOR AND PRESIDENT several times over.

After LOSING at becoming first lady in California, Arianna Huffington then LOST in her only attempt to become governor of California. Now Arianna Huffington has LOST what it means to be a responsible member of the media.

Arianna Huffington chooses to attack Hillary Clinton, a women who has SUCCEEDED every where that Arianna Huffington has failed, and then some. Hillary Clinton has TWICE SUCCEEDED at becoming first lady in Arkansas, TWICE SUCEEDED at becoming first lady of the United States. TWICE WON in the Senate. Hillary Clinton would most assuredly be winning the 2008 democratic race right now if Huffington Post were actually a legitimate news source reporting on the Barack Obama Caucus Cheating that has already occurred.

If it had been Hillary Clinton trying to hold back counting the vote in Florida and Michigan, Hillary would be out of the contest by now for trying to subvert the vote of the american people, courtesy of Huffington Post blasting her on an hourly basis. If it had been Hillary Clinton cheating in the caucus state campaigns instead of Barack Obama, it would be HIllary out of the race by now after being outed Huffington Post.

The question I have is, can we afford to validate an internet rag like the Huffington Post when they become the deciders of news rather than the messenger of news?

Have any delegates, friends of delegates, or superdelegates been swayed by the noxious fumes of a several times political loser bent on destroying a superior foe? If you have, change your mind now that you know the truth. Please don't use the Huffington Post, it's demonic, slanted headlines, nor follow the bitter banter of someone in need of counseling for her own failed political attempts.

We are not all here to validate Arianna Huffington, and I hope the super delegates and delegates realize that before it is too late.

I love it when people put up straw men to help make their point. Huffington's past exploits in politics have no bearing on her "right" to criticize anyone. As a citizen of the United States she has EVERY right to criticize anyone she pleases. Freedom of the press.

Since when was Arianna Huffington running for President?

Seriously though... The Huffington Post was not set up to be a News Outlet like MSNBC, CBS, NBC, FOX... The Huffington Post, like Drudgereport, DailyKos etc. is meant to be an informational hub.

That would be like going after the Editorial section of your local newspaper for DARING to be opinionated.

Come on...

If only Arianna actually would call all of her articles editorials, then you would have a point.

My article on a whole builds a case and shows the parallels of these two women. Only now one woman has chosen to make it her goal that the other one not become president of the United States.

It was very difficult for me to take my position because I know the Huffingtons and have always admired them. I thought "Pigs at the Trough" was a very brave book.

Oh so you KNOW the Huffingtons now...

The article cited (yet not linked) in your post is filed in the political blogs section. So are "blogs" reputable media" or "editorials"...

The Huffington Post is a news and OPINION online "newspaper"... how could it be that the OPINION of one Jill Iscoll is to be taken as NEWS when the article is clearly her opinion.

I'm not really sure what your point IS... being that you're a rabid Clinton supporter, I don't see your beef with an op-ed piece by a Clinton backer offended by Hillary's media treatment. Seems to fall smack in your lap.

You rant and rave about Arianna Huffington attacking Hillary... yet the article in question is hardly accusatory of Clinton.

It's a blog within a network, I hardly doubt it's some nefarious dealings as you insinuate it to be.

"Jill, you want a large audience to see your column, make a bit of a name for yourself?"

"Sure."

"Great, write whatever you want, just don't slam Huffington Post."

Well, the irony is the site in question, Huffington Post, has been the number one agitator against Hillary Clinton.

My complaint is using Huffington Post to blame Hillary attackers when Huffington Post has been the numero uno Hillary antagonist.

I hope Jill doesn't go over to the dark side.

So now you're inventing conversations?

It's an opinion piece, my local newspaper jumps across the aisle in their editorials.

I fail to see the conspiracy.

You are knit picking each point but ignoring the message of the article. Huffington Post WANTS Barack Obama and DOES NOT WANT Hillary Clinton.

Having Jill Iscol write a piece that criticizes how they treated Hillary Clinton while not mentioning Huffington Post as the ringleader makes the whole attempt an insult to our country and the political process.

James, here is the link to the expose on Huffington Post and their harsh, harsh treatment of Hillary Clinton during the 2008 democratic primaries.
